詳細(xì)介紹

      SAFe 360是法國(guó)abbelight公司推出的一款基于單分子定位的顯微成像(SMLM)的新型3D單分子成像系統(tǒng),它獨(dú)有的DAISY技術(shù)整合了散光技術(shù)和超臨界角光技術(shù),能夠極大的提高定位精度,xyz三軸定位精度高達(dá)15nm,可以提供高清晰三維亞細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)圖像,支持同時(shí)四色成像,可以用于細(xì)胞納米三維成像,觀測(cè)高清晰亞細(xì)胞器結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)時(shí)研究不同的結(jié)構(gòu)功能蛋白的共定位信息,在單分子水平研究分子動(dòng)力學(xué)反應(yīng)以及細(xì)胞間的相互作用等。
