描述PS-Speck?顯微鏡點源試劑盒含有四種不同顏色的熒光微球；每個微球的直徑為 0.175 +/- 0.005 μm。這種格外小的直徑變異系數(shù)使 PS-Speck? 微球適用于校準(zhǔn)儀器光學(xué)器件的均勻、亞分辨率熒光源，特別是在三維成像應(yīng)用中。該試劑盒的四種即用型 1 mL 懸浮液含有明亮的單分散微球，其激發(fā)/發(fā)射波長為 360/440 nm（藍(lán)色）、505/515 nm（綠色）、540/560 nm（橙色）和 633/660 nm（深紅色）。PS-Speck? 試劑盒還包含封片方案，便于用戶使用，并提供足夠的封片劑，可各制備 100 個載玻片。
